WATERMELON PIZZA

1 watermelon (whole)
1/2 cup (125 g/4.4 oz) cream cheese
1 tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup (100 g/3.5 oz) blueberries
2 tbsp (20 g/.7 oz) pistachios, shelled and chopped
1/3 cup (100 g/3.5 oz) strawberries
