However if you cannot spot this licensed board simply ask the restaurant staff to show their licensed number and if they are genuine they will show you without fear. It is better to be safe then to be dead!
Also if you want to see the chef cooking your meal you are allowed, simply ask the staff that you want to see your meal prepared and they will point you towards that glass windows where you will be able to see the chef preparing your meal and this way you will be double sure that your fish is properly being prepared.
